Tests for Record types and Unions

In FSharp.Core.Unittests are some tests for primitive types and also tests for the F# reflection for unions and records.

But I can't find regression tests which just use basic functions of records and unions. Is it worth to add these?

What do you mean specifically by "basic functions of records and unions?" Records and unions are used in various ways in many of the tests. In terms of direct targeted testing, tests\fsharpqa\Source\Conformance\BasicTypeAndModuleDefinitions\RecordTypes and tests\fsharpqa\Source\Conformance\PatternMatching\Record look promising.

Thanks. I'll take a look and try to understand how these tests fit in the infrastructure.
