Use a logo that emphasizes this repository is a collaboration with the F# community

I suggest we use a logo that is half-Visual Studio and half-F# community.

For the time being, I think it is important that we focus on the technical evolution of the language and tools and not distract ourselves with issues of branding and presentation of this site. There is much work to be done ... for example there is more of the product to be open sourced I.e. templates, the project system, the editor and the VS/FSI integration tool. There is a lot of great community work that is already completed that would be awesome additions to our toolset.

As a software developer I would prefer our collaborative efforts to be focused on those things. Perhaps we can revisit this question in the future when we have a better feel for what is really needed in terms of presentation.

Also, the community is in the process (albeit slowly) of getting a new logo, so I don't think this is a rush. However, I do appreciate the sentiment and look forward to many future collaborations with the team!
